Wait 1 hour to see doctor, who asked a few questions without ever entering into meaningful dialogue with patient about symptoms/concerns. Staff did not schedule ample time for services requested.

Dr. Knorpp takes the time to listen to your concerns. He remembers personal details. My husband and i both use him.

I now have damage to my pancreas as a result of your negligence and false diagnosis when I seen you in Caldwell st. Alphonsus medical group.

I didn't have to wait long and had great personable service. He answered all my questions and then some. I would recommend seeing him if you have a newborn, child or need one for yourself!

this is the worst doctor i have ever seen, I wouldn't let him touch anyone in your family he is horrible, he doesn't care about his patients and would rather be a piece of garbage instead of listen to the problems you are having

Doctors are booked out much too far. Good medicine, bad management.

I tell you one thing he took over alot of dr massart patient's talking with his help penny was a complete waste of time she put down dr massart so bad i could not believe it she was so rude and uncaring she was more worried about the bill i owed than my medical condition this day in time it hard to get into a doctor on short notice two days after i talked to her i got a blood clot in my lung and was in the hospital for a week i refuse to let this go and i am working my way up the food chain to get some answers.

I have seen Dr. Knorpp for all of my medical conditions. He is very caring and listens to me. Sometimes I need to make two appointments to get all of my medical conditions discussed, but I don't mind, that way I have the time to address everthing.

I have a bone in my foot that was broke in 2 places. the x ray did not pick up so 2 weeks later it still hurt so he was going to order an mri...... called 5 days later to ask if I still needed an mri. I cant even believe the uncaring of this whole situation. I am wondering about this whole clinic 2 dr. have left and my foot still hurt and trying to get back in to see him is like pulling healthy teeth! I am not one for going to the Dr unless I know I have to........... Very disappointed and my foot still hurts............... I would definitely find a dr. that has compassion and time for his patients.
