I was born in Austin over 50 years ago. Dr. Leeman and his staff are very professional and at the same time spent a lot of time listening to my medical issues. I learned more about myself after my visit with his team than any other doctors appointments. Dr. Leeman informed me in a simple to understand way my medical problems. If you your family or friends have any ENT needs please visit his office. His office is the best.

My nose looks so bad after my rhinoplasty. All the issues I had before are still present bit now there are so many more issues. He is dismissive. Stay away.

I am writing this review after several years of contemplation. I’m not looking for a pound of flesh or my money back I just want to warn everyone. I went to Dr. Leeman to repair a deviated septum and casually asked him about rhinoplasty. He said he done many of them - I did not look that information up. For that I blame myself, but I do want to warn everyone Dr. Leeman Is not trained or skilled or has any experience to do rhinoplasty’s. He did and my nose is crooked and leans to the left. I went back to him after a year of “letting it settle down” and he said he would trim the skin off the left nostril - it would “help” . By now, I know that doesn’t sound right. I then go to a bona fide board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Andrew Trussler, Austin Texas. He examines my nose. Turns out the nose piercing I had years ago and I had forgotten about was enough scar tissue to cause the problem. Dr. Leeman should’ve caught this before hand but he didn’t. Dr Trussler said no to trimming… the skin from the nose - That’s not the solution. I haven’t done anything as yet but I am now doing something in terms of writing a review that is long overdue. Please please please do not let Dr. Leeman do you rhinoplasty. Do your homework first. I’ll always regret not doing so. Again, I’m not looking for anything from Leeman. I’m leaving a long overdue warning to future patients!

I don't believe there even is a Dr. Leeman in this office. There are two young, incompetent ladies that never return calls and let my Rx expire. I would have to call Adriana daily in order to catch her to get a status and she never seemed to know what was going on. I asked to speak with a manager or the Dr multiple times and Adriana tried to send me to the receptionist Paola to leave a message, but I am familiar with Paola from my many calls to the office and girls told me there is no manager. How is there no one that has a clue in this office? If there is a Dr. Leeman, he should be very disappointed in his staff because I was more than patient, waiting more than three months to try to get the treatment I need for TMJ. If they can't manage paperwork I will absolutely NOT be letting them preform a medical procedure on me.

Exceptionally poor communication with staff. No manners, bedside or otherwise.

I will not return nor will I ever recommend this doctor to anyone. I expected to pay out of pocket for an uncovered expense. Then that money was applied as a copay + some to insurance. I feel he overbilled insurance to make money. Especially after I discussed with him how I needed to keep costs down. I did not feel listened to. I felt that the office was dirty. I will not be recommending this doctor to anyone.

I am a prior patient of Dr. Leeman's office. A female associate ( no longer practicing at that location), was extremely rude, disrespectful toward me and very unprofessional. I could not believe her staff, as well as the doctor. She was more concerned in answering her cell phone, than talking to me (first time patient). She kept receiving text messages, because she was expecting a call from her nanny about her kids, which I could understand, but it was several text messages, as well as phone kept ringing. The account manager was awfully rude! I returned back to see Dr. Leeman, thinking he could help me, but I was wrong. He was just as rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had been suffering with severe ear and neck pain, and he wrote me a prescription for a medicine that he knew was not covered under my plan. I called his office, and his staff said "he has yet to return her call back. Are you kidding me? I needed for him to re-write the script, so it would be covered under… my plan. You have no idea what I went through in order to get it resolved. The office blamed it on the pharmacy, but it wasn't, it was his office staff, and Dr. Leeman. Do not go to see Dr. Leeman, or anyone at that practice. I had to pay for my own parking ticket, which I wanted the girl to valid, but she said "it's the price you have to pay for going to see him." Stay far away from NEWU, and/or Dr. Leeman. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR, AND THE PRACTICE. I would give a -star if I could.
