Dr. Daniel J Stechschulte, MD

Some may find this doctor to be good but I don't share those opinions at all. He falsified paperwork pertaining to me and I find him to not be as attentive either when telling him things. As a result of not being properly educated on my procedure I developed a DVT, deep vein thrombosis and a PE, pulmonary embolism by one not making me aware of blood clots or due to my age not prescribing medication to possibly have prevented me from having such. I would definitely seek out second opinions.

He was through, friendly, and put me at ease. He explained my problem areas both on x-rays and showing me on my shoulder. He explained best chances of surgery and what would be possible if surgery did not work as planned. He answered all my questions and I felt I knew what would occur.

Dr. Dan did two knee surgeries for me and i would not trust anyone else. his staff is always smiling, and give you the upmost attention. if he's your doctor you can relax.

Long wait, but good surgeon. Redid my knee and now I can do what I want to.

Had 3 shoulder surgeries. First didnt work. Sent up North KC to a second Dr. He spent all kinds of time telling me how great he was, but his surgery didnt work either. I ended up with Dr. Dan. He fixed me finally! I cant say enough good things about him. Great surgeon. Nice man.

I was sent to Dr. Dan after another doctor couldn't fix my shoulder. He was very helpful and caring. Ultimately, he did a "redo" operation on me and got it working right again. Wouldn't go anywhere else! And his office staff is top notch. He's worth the wait.

I wait2d 2 hrs,. first apt. then saw him for about 10 min. second apt. waited 1 hr. for about 15 min., of Dr. time, the 3rd visit was a 45 min wait. If work comp don't go , he could care less.
