Rip-off and Insensitivity

Dr. Goodman saw me for a psychopharmacology consultation. We spent 90 minutes together and I paid him $500. He said we would meet in the future. I heard from the referring doctor that he did not want to accept my case but no reason was given. I wrote to him, asking for the results of my consult to be sent to me or my new doctor. I never heard from him. I wrote to him many months later and also got no response.
