I had previously seen 4 total doctors and one allergy specialist and was told that my theory of why I was itching was not correct and that I had multiple different problems. I requested a simple test to one of the drs and was told it would be impossible due to the areas. I finally scheduled an appt with Dr Peoples and my goodness she was so perfect. She new immediately what my problem was, had me tested by herself within five minutes of my arrival and I tested positive for the issue I assumed it was to begin with. She listened to EVERY word I said, I wasn’t rushed or hurried along, and in the end she was spot on to what was wrong with me. Highly recommend and highly feel that she is the best doctor I have seen in many years. She is so politely attentive and so kind, I felt cared for and comfortable with my assessment. Praise is not enough when you are feeling lost and smarter than the doctors you paid a lot of money for help from. Dr peoples was the best! Let her help you, you won’t… be disappointed!

The first time I went to Dr. Peoples the medication she put me on for my acne did not work at all, in fact it made it worse, so my mom didn’t take me back for a follow up appointment. After begging to go back she finally made an appointment for me. She put me on different medication and it’s only been one week and my skin feels and looks amazing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone

Mid Michigan Dermatology has a history of customer disputes. Disagreement on handling patient billing forced their separation from the Mid Michigan Health System. Billing Administrator Dr. Peterson is husband of Dr. Peoples and strong-arms for the business, prioritizing coding for optimal fees over customer service. Several Dow employees have filed complaints of predatory practices e.g. coding abuses, over-charges and failure to gain informed consent for services and fees rendered. Unfortunately, due to a shortage of dermatologists in the Midland, MI area, unlucky patients are being referred to this clinic -- the only one accepting new patients.

I went to her once, and she spent less than a minute in the room with me. She did not even take the time to listen to me describe my concern fully, she just rudely said, "No" and mocked the concern my relatives had shown in urging me to see a dermatologist. I have never been more embarrassed. It is hard for me to see a doctor, so this made it that much worse.

Dr. Peoples is a wonderful doctor. She easily diagnosed a problem which troubled me for many years. She took the time to listen to what other doctors had prescribed and didn't start my treatment at the ground level. She was successful where many other doctors had failed. The down side is her office help, they lack the people skills and professionalism necessary to make a good practice great.

Don't bother with this MD. She tried to sell me her products (which are nothing special, I had a chemical engineer looked at the product...) and didn't even look at the problem area. She threw a few prescriptions at me without explaining what they are, just said we'll see how it works. When I got to the pharmacy, it was a brand name, completely uncovered prescription that cost $170.
