Outstanding Dr. and staff

Dr Neal and his staff are great. They make you feel like you matter. Dr Neal doesn’t rush when he sees you. A lot of Dr’s herd you in and rush you out. Dr Neal spends time with his patients. The entire staff puts you at ease. I trust this group of people to do what ever I need done. They even went above and beyond to get music I wanted. What doctor do you know that would do that. They are totally professional but keep you entertained the entire time you are there. Can’t say enough good about these folks!

Horrible. Staff and physician were so unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

This is the most down-to-earth guy who ever got an MD degree. He says he used to be a jerk and his wife talked some sense into him. High five, Wife! Anyway, he is incredibly patient. He had to do a procedure, the painkiller didn't take, so he patiently said "give her more" and made sure I realized it wasn't my fault, left to work with another patient, and came back. He goes into every room with an upbeat attitude and a smile on his face! This is the kind of attitude that annoys grumpy people, but I find him a true joy and a breath of fresh air! He explains well, is knowledgeable, and his staff is absolutely top-notch. Efficient, competent, and friendly.
