Dr. Kono is truly the best pediatrician my kids have ever had. He shows he cares for his patients and makes coming to the doctor's office a pleasant experience. My 5 year old daughter always looks forward to seeing him.

My niece has had some serious health problems as of late. Thank god Dr Kono isn’t her primary Dr. her primary Dr is on vacation this week and he couldn’t even bother to call my sister back. Has a nurse call her to tell her my SEVEN year old nieces health issues are from stress!! How do you diagnose that without even speaking to her mother? Her health problems could be caused from a wide array of issues, she’s 7. It’s not stress. If you care about your child do not take them to Dr Kono. He does not even care enough about you to pick up the phone and call you back. And considering her health problems lately have been serious, I’m disgusted he can blow off my sisters concerns about her child.

He is a wonderful doctor and kids love him. Does not pressure anything on parents but very nice way explains everything. I'm in a different office because of my insurance but sometimes you don't cherish what you have even if its just nice smile and good mood from doctor and staff. Defiantly not where I'm now:(
