She doesn’t follow thru with what she says. There is no excuse for being refused a second opinion AND a transfer!

Got right in at appointment time, I a new patient so I had some papers to fill out as expected. Doctor started right away trying to drill down to my major symptoms and is setting up a diagnostic test and we are going for some clues to my issues. Dr. Macbruce does her job, no complaints with her and her staff.

Customer Service can be rated as a zero. You can call every day for 3 months and do not get an answer. When you do, it takes 6 months to get an appointment. When you tell the doctor this, he respond is that she will let them know. Do not see this physician if you are planning on getting good customer service. You are on time for the appointment, wait in room for 30 minutes and be seeing for 6 minutes tops.
