Dr. Paul is a great doctor and the customer service was great. I was a patient of hers when she was on Cascade Rd. She did send a letter of her service was no longer at the area but she did not leave any other info and I was unable to get my records. I wish there was better communication because I would’ve followed her because she is that good. In my opinion.

Two-years ago, her office was on Cascade Rd. Very convenient location for many of her patients. I called one day to make an appointment and found out she was gone. Just left the area. No word about her office moving, at all. I want to say she is a very good physician but she left a bad taste in my mouth for not letting us know she was leaving. Just left us hanging. So unprofessional. Not someone I would want to have a doctor/patient relationship with.

Her office is now closed and her office did not contact me as a patient courtesey to let me know. I showed up for my appointment and the office was vacant. Now, I am having a very difficult time trying to locate my medical records. Don' t get me wrong she is a excellent Dr., but I really expected more from her and her office regarding this matter

Front desk clerk is very rude. Everyone else is very professional and has excellent customer service!

I enjoy each visit with Dr. Paul. she is courteous, concerned and very professional and takes time to answer any questions that I have. I have been a patient for about 3 years now. She was my daughter's OBGYN and she liked her, so after my OBGYN moved out of the area, I visited Dr. Paul and have been truly satisfied with her service and her friendly office staff.
