She’s the best Pediatrician. Very compassionate, caring, understanding, and took the time to know the child as a whole and know the parents as well.. She was my kid’s doctor since 1994 until she left her practice in Fitchburg.. she knew all my kids by name, knew their school life and after school life when they became adults.. I miss her so much especially right now with my teenage daughter...Dr. Karos saw her patients her self , she did not use PAs or NPs..

Dr Karos has taken care of my children for 20 years. I appreciate the time she takes to explain everything and always respects my opinions. My kids love her. A gentle spirit

All three of my children see Dr Karos. She always listens to my concerns and takes the time to speak directly to my children who are now teens. Even my son who is almost 20 does not want to leave the practice. She is really part of our family. The staff is amazing too.

I've had two different foster kids that have seen her and she's always very rushed and seems very quick to want to medicate them for ADHD, when neither kid had a prior diagnosis of ADHD when they were placed with us
