Not a long wait time. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Rantz takes time with you and goes over each problem you have and discusses treatment options. I have been seeing him for years and believe him to be an excellent doctor.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rantz for over 13 years. He gives me the opportunity to explain my issues carefully and he listens with compassion. He takes his time to make sure that l understand what diagnosis l have and give me the best the medical care to help me live a some what normal life. He goes above and beyond to let me know that as his patient, he gives me the best possible advice for my Healthcare needs. Dr. Rantz will not hesitate to pull out his iPad and explain to me about the health issues and any medication that I don’t know understand and clear up any questions l may have. He is very professional, caring, kind, patient and trustworthy. He is the Dr. Welby of our times. I have heard from a couple of people that says the wait time can be long. But it’s only because when Dr. Rantz is in the examining room with you, for that time, you are the most important patient to him. Thank you Dr. Rantz for being an important part of my medical healthcare and treatment. And also… including me by taking valuable time explaining clearly any questions l may have concerning all my medical issues. I also would like to thank your staff as well.

I trust Dr. Rantz, he takes a lot of time to talk to you and seems to know what he is doing. He has a genuine concern for you and is actually a caring person. The down side is this office is too busy and hard to get a hold of a person on the phone, hard to get a script or an emergency type appointment. The office area projects the busy office with files all over the place. Be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes before seeing Dr. Rantz.

Advertisement says "Accepting New Patients" which should say "Accepting Selective Patients!" Secondly, Answering machine answers more than an actual person does nor do they return calls promptly. The Gatekeeper is more interested with which website referred you then you being interested in seeing this Good Doctor (According to reviews). The Impersonal staff leaves you feeling like your are inconveniencing them and sets such a wonderful tone for the Doctor!...

Dr. Rantz takes his time with each patient making the feel as though they ate the only patient he has. He explain your diagiosis in a way Taft his patients can easily understand. He also take the time to look up medications that is affordable to the patients and that helps a lot when medicines can be so costly that can't afford them. All around Dr. Rantz is an excellent doctor that truly care about his patients well being. There are to many doctors in Macon that only see you as a dollar sign and say a few words to you and leave the room leaving you hopeless and depress and does not care about you. But, Dr. Rantz really care about his patients needs. Dr. Rantz takes his job very serious . I can honestly say that he has made my life better even though I still have problems Dr. Rantz makes living with my disease much easier to deal with. I have cried in his office a many I'd days and he never rushed me ate put me bown in any way, if one treatment does work he move on to another until we… find a solution that works for my illness. Thank you Dr. Rantz for being the special, God gifted Dr. That you are and I am not just saying this because I truly believe in you, You did not give up on me when other doctors did and for that you will always a special place on my heart, not only you but your entire staff. Overall, the best doctor I've ever had. He treats my entire family, and I trust him a great deal.
