Office was overcrowded and over scheduled it seemed, did not have Axonics representative lined up with appt time , so maybe was off day But did call the day before to make sure Rep would be there, dr was not in there long, so wait was really long

I really like her. She explains and answers my questions. I have not waited for to see her.

Dr. Darlene I came in for a procedure which wasn’t done the scheduler never put my info for an appointment that was suppose to be made in THE MONTH OF OCTOBER. It wasn’t even in my files. I’m traveling VERY SOON & didn’t want any embarrassments; however, I’ll figure it out. Called Rite-aide pharmacy for my new prescription Nothing was there. My suggestion is this if you want to be seen go EARLY & Not at the end of the day! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED ??

I feel like Dr. Gaynor-Krupnick gave me back my life. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the latest evidence-based treatments, she is kind and truly cares about her patients. She has always been prompt to answer my emails. I saw her for the Mona Lisa Touch laser treatment and it was the best thing I could have done. The office staff is friendly and always have smiles on their faces.

Dr Gaynor did a bladder and vagina lift surgery on me. She explained everything prior to the surgery. No post-surgery pain meds needed. Wonderful bedside manner.
