I had a breast reduction done through Kaiser Southern California. I did a lot of research on the procedure and the different surgeons at Kaiser. Im so happy I chose to go with Dr. Leong he did an absolutely beautiful job on my reduction. My back , neck and shoulder pain is gone . I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest literally. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction in 2011. Dr Leong did beautiful work which I still get compliments on from medical professionals that I’ve seen since I changed insurances. Dr. Leong was so amazing to me and my family during a difficult stressful time. I’m still here 13 years later happy and healthy. Thank you so much Dr Leong! We will never forget you !

I had a breast reduction from Dr.Leong at Kaiser and they look amazing. Better than any work I’ve seen from other surgeons. I am so happy with my results, I would do it all over again.

We have been going to Dr. Leong for many years. He is an outstanding plastic surgeon and i'm very grateful for having him as my plastic surgeon. I have no complaints whatsoever. He explains the surgery in detail and always asks if I have any questions. I never feel rushed with Dr. Leong. The staff is great, also and caring. I would recommend Dr. Leong if you ever need plastic surgery.

He is a gentle and compassionate doctor. He has made this whole crazy ordeal more bearable. I wish more doctors detailed such wonderful bedside manners.

I have had a bilateral masectomy with reconstruction done by Dr. Leong. I would be remiss if I did not convey how pleased I have been with his service. He has such a gentle, caring manner and has handled my needs with sensitivity and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends if the need ever arises. Thank you.
