Dr. Tate and his staff are all very welcoming, informative & you leave their office feeling like family. Dr. Tate is a very patient dr. who takes the time to listen and offers his knowledge and expertise and doesn’t leave your room unless you have had all of your questions answered and are very well informed of any and all situations. I highly recommend Dr. Tate. You will not find better bed side manner! It’s comforting to know that there’s still Dr’s. out there that actually care about their patients over making a quick buck. I came to Dr. Tate after experiencing a trauma with my first OB/GYN at Baylor. The office is always clean. Dr. Tate and his staff are my dream team. My first appointment with him was at 8 weeks pregnant. He listened to both mine and my husbands fears and all our hopes and dreams for my pregnancy and delivery. He was supportive and a breath of fresh air compared to my previous Baylor doctor. I miscarried a week before my next scheduled appointment but I knew Dr. Tate was going to take care of me. Instead of probing around in such a sensitive area, he instead focused on me and my mental health. He was positive about my future and gave me the courage to try again. Just recently, 5 months after my loss, I went to see him. We are working together to help my body be ready to carry a baby to term when it happens. He is fast but thorough, positive and encouraging. I love this Doctor.

He is by far the best obgyn i know i have 7 kids i was with him only for the last 3 but wish he had deliverd all of my babies. I have referred at least six or seven women to him they all love him he's a great doctor he does not only care about feminine issues he heard about your overall health he says it takes time to listen to concerns and tries to come to way to resolve them. You will forever have my business and anybody else that needs a great OBGYN I will also refer to him

I just moved to the area. I google searched and found Dr. Tate's office. I was so impressed with the friendly and warming staff. Mrs. Monica at the front desk was very informative and happy. Mrs. Shun the nurse was full of happiness and warming smiles. Mrs. Sonja the lab technician was very inviting and informative. When she did my blood draw I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Tate and his student were absolutely AMAZING. They both had a very positive and cheerful personality. I enjoyed every moment of my visit. We need more people like this working in this profession. It's their job, but everyone I encountered went above and beyond to do everything.

I love Dr Tate! He can be scatterbrained at times but he is so caring and will stick by you when you need him. He wasn't on call the day I gave birth but he stayed at the hospital until my daughter came

Dr. Tate and his staff one in a million! I went to him spring 2014 seeking help for endometriosis, ovarian cysts and a form of permanant birth control. Dr. Tate and his staff spent time on every appointment to answer any and all questions I had. He is keeping up with the latest technology and medicine... I am 3 weeks post-op from a full hysterectomy and I feel ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Dr. Tate has a lot of qualities that make him an excellent choice for an OBGYN. I offer a unique perspective as a review writer because I am a first a nurse and have knowledge about quality of healthcare and secondly, I spent almost 3 months observing and learning from Dr. Tate as a Nurse Practitioner student. Qualities: Dr. Tate is an expert in obstetrical and gynecological health and identified more than several high risk pregnancies during my time with him resulting in early intervention. He is an excellent listener and has great bedside manner. He is adored by all of his patients because he has the best interest of the patient in mind while offering the best treatment alternatives with consideration of cost and quality. Dr. Tate is also known to honor birth plan wishesâ?¦ even in the most extremes. Office Space: The Female Health building is gorgeous. The office has a daily cleaning service which provides a sterile environment. The building also offers other physicians… specializing in womenâ??s health needs such as uro/gyn and now reconstruction making it a one stop shop for all female needs. Patient Perks: In office procedures AND a high tech ultrasound machine able to offer 3D pictures. Melaina is one of the best sonographers in DFW and comes in on Wednesdays. There is great staff that has created special relationships with patients which demonstrates the true family environment. And the best perk of all, freebies, Dr. Tate has a nice stash of medication samples ranging from prenatal vitamins, to overactive bladder remedies, menopause remedies and birth controls of all sorts. Now, since you read to the end of my review, Iâ??m going to reward you with a joke. â??A young girl goes to the gynecologist for vaginal discomfort and he examines her. He says, "You have acute vaginitis." She responds with a "Thank you!" Get it? Nowâ?¦ go make your annual appointment.

I absolutely love Dr. Tate. He was my doctor throughout my entire pregnancy and delivered my baby. He was so patient with me and all of my questions. I never felt rushed at any appointment. The wait is a little longer thatn I would like but the outcome makes it worth it.

Last Friday night, 3/6/15 I was stranded at DFW with a cancelled flight to Amarillo. I had to get home to Amarillo for a very special family event. All flights had been cancelled and there were no rentals available. That's God sent me Dr. Tate, he overheard my situation and volunteered to give a complete stranger a ride home 5 hours away. Dr. Tate was on his way to Borger for an assignment. The fact that this man gave a complete stranger a ride to his home in Amarillo tells me that he has a big heart and truly cares about people. I was able to make it home to a house full of guest and family and able to be there for my wife's 50th Birthday party on Saturday. Thank you Lord for Dr. Tate and thank you for allowing me to meet him on that fateful night at the airport. There is no way I can ever repay him for his kindness.
