Dr. Munshi is thrilled to rejoin the Vickery Pediatrics Family after spending a year in Denver. She was born in New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree at the College of New Jersey before persuing her medical degree at UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School. She completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson Medical Center in Philadelphia. Her interest in Emergency Medicine led her to accept a position in the ER at Childrens Hospital in Philadelphia prior to her relocation to Atlanta in 2001. She and Dr. Delaney practiced Urgent Care medicine together at Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta and discovered a shared passion for practicing patient - centered pediatrics with a focus on patient education. She is a Board-certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Being a mom of 3 food allergic children, Dr. Munshi has a special interest in Atopic Diseases. Her hobbies include swimming, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in Gujrati.

We loved Dr Munshi, and were very sad to know she moved far from our location. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, trusted, with big empathy to the patients and their parents. Wish she was back with us.

We have been coming to this office for 9 years. We find Dr. Munshi to be very friendly and caring. She follows up on your plan of care and is genuinely concerned about your child. Also you feel like she is a part of the family because she remembers you, your children and history.

We absolutely love the dr's and staff at VP I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else. They are kind and take their time making me feel comfortable with all medical needs and questions.

We've been with Dr. Munshi for 3 years now and she has been fantastic. She listens and is willing to explore various options to obtain a proper diagnosis. Does not always go with the standard "buzzword" diagnosis of the month. Really seems to evaluate all symptoms to make sure the most accurate diagnosis is given for all information and symptoms presenting at the time.
