Dr Hecht performed a rhinoplasty for me. During the consultation he showed me before and after photos and I must say the after photos do not even do it justice. It looks SO much better! The office staff is phenomenal, I always appreciate a well run office that communicates professionally. I highly recommend Dr Hecht and his team!

Dr. David Hecht specializes in head and neck plastic surgery. From the minute I met Dr. Hecht, I was confident that I was choosing the best doctor for my surgery. The ladies of the office: Megan, Veronica, Angela, and Christie went out of their way to accommodate my requested surgery date, answer all of my questions, and follow up with me after. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Hecht was meticulous in his surgical technique and made sure everything was done to obtain a natural outcome. Not only an excellent surgeon, but a thoughtful doctor with an awesome staff. I’m very happy I chose this office!

Dr. Hecht performed facelift three weeks ago; I look ten years younger. He was careful to make the results natural looking yet aggressive enough that there is a huge difference in my appearance. There is nothing more important than choosing the right person when entrusting your face to a plastic surgeon. I can't find the words to describe how ecstatic I am with everything - first, the results, which are phenomenal, and second, the level of care I received every step of the way, from consult, to surgery, to post-surgery. Dr. Hecht is an artist. My neck, chin, face and eyes have never looked this good. I had minimal bruising and swelling, and while I am turning 55 this month, his impeccable work just gave me my 40s back! My friends can't believe how natural and fresh I look. His staff is gracious, kind, compassionate and highly skilled. I believe they are at the top of their profession. Don't decide on a plastic surgeon until you have consulted with Dr. Hecht. Dr Hecht attmepted 2 times surgically to fix his errors. He even apologized and said there wasnt anything else he could do. I had 3 nationwide reknown surgeons view his screw up. They said he was incompetent and all of them suggested another surgery to fix however there was some permanent damage that was not reverable. I still have a imperfect nose due to he incompetence

I recently had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Hecht and I am incredibly glad that I came to him! I came on high recommendation from a friend whose nose turned out wonderfully, and my result was just as great! Dr. Hecht did a wonderful job with my otoplasty! I had always wanted to get my prominent ears pushed back, and I saw that he had such great reviews so I went to him first. I luckily got squeezed into his schedule and ended up being able to have the appointment on a Friday and a surgery that next Tuesday! He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in explaining what exactly would be done. It’s been a little over a week since the procedure, and I am so so pleased with the results! Dr Hecht of Scottsdale did a horrible surgery on my eyes and brow lift. I do not recommend him

Dr. Hecht is incredibly confident backed up by incredible skill. Truly, he changed my life by surgically reconstructing my nose which was so badly damaged by an injury. Before my surgery, I not only had difficulty breathing but I was disfigured which caused major depression. Dr. Hecht, with the help of his staff, quickly and efficiently planned my surgery and the results are nothing short of a miracle for me.

Dr. Hecht did an amazing job on my cosmetic rhinoplasty! I was always self conscious of my profile in photographs because of a slight hump that made my nose look a little downturned and flat. He recommended a small tip graft as well. I had my surgery on a Tuesday and I was back at work the following Monday. I had zero bruising-just slightly yellow under one eye. The first couple days are pretty rough because you can't breathe through your nose, but other than that it's tolerable, more fatigue than anything. I also scar very easily and was expecting my scar to not heal very well, but it's virtually undetectable. I am super happy with the results. He really could not have done a better job! Now my nose is straight and my tip is perfect! I highly recommend him.
