I had the most fantastic experience at Dr. Hecht’s office. For starters the entire staff is so sweet, kind, uplifting, and all around amazing!! They make you feel not only welcome but comfortable and you can tell the energy in the office is fantastic. Feels like you’re a part of their family. I got an upper bleph procedure done by Dr. Hecht and it was so quick and easy and the whole procedure was a breeze. I would HIGHLY recommend this procedure with Dr. Hecht if you’re interested in it. Couldn’t have been easier. I also did an oxygen facial with Angela which was AMAZING and we have a game plan to help me achieve my skin goals. Excited to see how the results turn out in the next few months.

Dr Hecht performed a rhinoplasty for me. During the consultation he showed me before and after photos and I must say the after photos do not even do it justice. It looks SO much better! The office staff is phenomenal, I always appreciate a well run office that communicates professionally. I highly recommend Dr Hecht and his team!

If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon that performs work on body, look elsewhere. If your procedure involves the face, this is the office for you. Dr. David Hecht specializes in head and neck plastic surgery. From the minute I met Dr. Hecht, I was confident that I was choosing the best doctor for my surgery. The ladies of the office: Megan, Veronica, Angela, and Christie went out of their way to accommodate my requested surgery date, answer all of my questions, and follow up with me after. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Hecht was meticulous in his surgical technique and made sure everything was done to obtain a natural outcome. Not only an excellent surgeon, but a thoughtful doctor with an awesome staff. I’m very happy I chose this office!

Dr. Hecht performed facelift three weeks ago; I look ten years younger. He was careful to make the results natural looking yet aggressive enough that there is a huge difference in my appearance. He is very skilled! I love his staff; everyone is so kind and so happy. Highly recommend; wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.

There is nothing more important than choosing the right person when entrusting your face to a plastic surgeon. I can't find the words to describe how ecstatic I am with everything - first, the results, which are phenomenal, and second, the level of care I received every step of the way, from consult, to surgery, to post-surgery. Dr. Hecht is an artist. My neck, chin, face and eyes have never looked this good. I had minimal bruising and swelling, and while I am turning 55 this month, his impeccable work just gave me my 40s back! My friends can't believe how natural and fresh I look. His staff is gracious, kind, compassionate and highly skilled. I believe they are at the top of their profession. Don't decide on a plastic surgeon until you have consulted with Dr. Hecht. You will be grateful.

Dr Hecht attmepted 2 times surgically to fix his errors. He even apologized and said there wasnt anything else he could do. I had 3 nationwide reknown surgeons view his screw up. They said he was incompetent and all of them suggested another surgery to fix however there was some permanent damage that was not reverable. If you type in Dr Hecht on Real Self (a site dedicated to reviews of doctors) and type in Dr Hecht of Scottsdale. My post with photos will come up with details of how badly he ruined my nose. I still have a imperfect nose due to he incompetence

Dr. Hecht corrected my breathing after suffering for 41 years and shaped my nose to look the best it ever has! Exceptional and skilled! Excellent staff.
