Dr. David Michael Andreski, MD

Dr. Andreski was nice in person but I've had to call Sutter twice to try to fix the coding on two visits and it's still not fixed. He coded me a Level 4, which means moderate medical treatment (as opposed to minimal, which is Level 3) for just prescribing allergy meds. The time before, when I went in and was diagnosed with a lung infection, he only coded me Level 3 -- but he also coded me as a new patient that time, which I'm not. Furthermore, my husband saw Dr. Andrewski for the exact same issue, same diagnosis given, two days before I did and was coded yet differently and only charged half of what I was charged. Sutter is totally discombobulated -- my childhood info and parents as my emergency contact is still in my file even though I haven't lived with my parents for 15 years, which means my husband can't call in on my behalf while at work to follow up on these billing issues even though I listed him as my emergency contact. Now they say I have to go back in person to write him in… as my emergency contact or fax something in because someone at the front desk didn't copy all my paperwork over when I sat in the office for over an hour waiting and definitely filled out all the details, least of which was my emergency contact. Dr. Andreski combined with that department have caused more hassle than any doctor or office I've ever been to, and I've been going to PAMF and now Sutter since I was a kid.
