Doctor did great job, Billing is back in the 70's

I mirror the other review in that the billing dept only accepts cash or a mailed in check. They do not accept payment over the phone and do not use credit/debit cards. The Dr. himself was nice and did a great job for my surgery. 5 stars for the Doc, 1 star for billing.

Terrible office staff

As far as the Dr. himself goes - he put me to sleep for a knee procedure and I woke up ok so I guess he's a good Dr. BUT his office staff is the worst I've ever encountered! Do not use this Dr. because the nighmare is just beginning once you wake up! The office bills you then gives you false and bad information over the phone then when you try to pay they tell you the don't take any credit cards... or Debit cards... or your employer flex debit card! This is 2011, not 1970 and any business that cares about their customers takes credit and/or debit cards. They don't care as was exibited by their office mis-manager, Eric. He was the rudest, most snobbish person I have ever spoked to over the phone. You do have a choice when selecting a Dr. so no matter what, don't pick Dr. Hammer.
