Very happy with the great results I got from the fillers in my face. Dr. Balle did a great job. Dr. and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Dr. Balle and his staff are amazing! My psoriasis was getting pretty bad no matter what we tried to do. He started me on Otezla and within a month the psoriasis on my legs has improved 50%! He never gave up on finding the right treatment for me. He is very caring and compassionate as well as his staff.

Dr. Balle, as well as his staff, are professional, kind and thorough. Dr. Balle takes appropriate time with me, he listens and his nursing staff always follow up after a procedure. The only negative is the wait time. However, when I am with the Dr. he does not rush my visit. If he's running late, then I know it's because he's taking time with his other patients, which I know, in return, he will spend with me. I have had around 20 pre-cancerous spots removed by Dr. Balle. There has been minimal scarring and during the procedure he is very careful to manage any pain that may arise. I highly recommend him.

Awesome doctor and staff!!

This doctor was super dishonest and his Sculptra, and Restylane, treatments caused major disfiguration, and large nodules, that have lasted well over a year and a half. I still have bluish discoloration, from the Tyndall effect that his under eye Restylane injections caused eight months ago. The Restylane caused biofilm infections and large lumps of filler as well. The filler also bunched up inbetween my smile lines because his Botox was completely uneffective. 23 units under each eye was injected and zero effect. He refused to dissolve the Restylane with Hyaluronidase telling me it looked fantastic. Apparantly, in his psychotic mind. The photos all show me looking like something from a horror film. All of his botox injections were completely ineffective. He falsified my patient records to the extreme. He charged me thousands for steroid treatments to try and reduce/correct the sculptra nodules but to no avail. I have spent thousands on medications that he, and now other… doctors, have prescribed for the Sculptra nodules that I don't know if they will ever go away. He kept calling the bumps ance that have lasted over a year and a half acne despite his head nurse saying it was no acne right in front of him over and over. He is such a liar. He instructed his staff to be rude and abusive with me to try and get me to stop coming for treatments. He dismissed me because I kept complaining about the lasting hard nodules and he perceived me as negative publicity. I wouldn't recommend this liar, and crook, to my worst enemies. He is nothing but a cold-hearted, ruthless demon as far as I'm concerned. He has ruined my life and acts like he is happy about it. He mocked me the whole time.

I have been to Dr. Balle's office three times for cosmetic procedures. I am extremely satisfied with the results I have obtained , and will continue to see him! He is extremely friendly, courteous, and takes the time to explain each procedure. Office staff is the best! I got lost in downtown Detroit and one of the receptionist's on the phone with me to get me back on the right track. You won't be disappointed!!
