Have you seen Dr. David Barnes?

I wondered why it was so easy to get an appointment at this office. You were very rude and inconsiderate. Discussing a persons personal finances in the waiting room is completely unacceptable. When you found out we didn't have insurance you referred us to UVA to get financial assistance but still charged me $200 for nothing but sitting in a chair and answering questions for 10 minutes! When you gave me a test and I failed you said it was because I hadn't learned how to take the test! I will be filling a complaint with the VA Medical Board for this appalling service.

A patient must trust his/her doctor so after several years as a patient with Dr, Barnes I assumed my condition was treated as best as possible. After moving out of state I saw a new Ophthalmologist who transferred my records from Dr. Barnes, checked my eyes and within one month restored my vision to that of a twenty year old. What was Dr. Barnes thinking? Is he that incompetent?
