Wonderful place! I'm young but I have a lot of different medical conditions, so I'm constantly seeing different specialists in different locations. I have to say that mostly my complaints aren't with the Doctors, most of the time, the Doctors are great, but the front desk are the worst. In this case the Front office is actually THE BEST! Tashara, Eve and Kathy are the best team I've ever met. They follow up with your insurance, with your provider, with your pharmacy, and of course, with the patients. They care about you, about you getting your prescriptions approval on time, about you getting your PCP referrals on time, they find the way to find appointments for you and make the entire process easy and smooth for you.They DO CARE! They are polite, courteous and professional, And that's extremely important that most of the greatest Doctors offices don't understand/have. I couldn't be happier, most of the time when you go to a Pain Management Doctor is because you are on pain, the best medicine to start your healing process is to be received by great people. Dr Berkower's Staff is on the ball and prompt, which is a great introduction to any Dr's office. Dr Berkower is a caring, pleasant and highly knowledgable Physician. He asked me questions pertaining to my problem, read supporting information from previous Dr's, reviewed test results and formulated a diagnosis to alleviate my pain. I like him. I trust him and I recommend him highly. If you're looking for a Pain Management Specialist, he's the one!

I found Dr Berkower's Staff to be on the ball, organized and very pleasant. Dr Berkower himself, is a caring, knowledgeable physician. He asked me many questions pertaining to my visit and was able to diagnose my problem quickly & efficiently. He's a caring Doc. The doctor is very knowledgable and caring. He is very thorough and does not dismiss you right away. He gets to the bottom of the problem. They don't make doctors like him anymore.

My experience was that everyone was kind he had a friendly staff. Dr. Berkower is extraordinary and a great doctor, professional and dedicated. I wouldn't change for anything in the world!!!!!.

Dr Berkower was highly recommended by a fellow doctor who worked with him for a few months. I was in excruciating pain for 62 days and trying to get an X-ray. The office help is so incompetent!!! At first my insurance company refused, but when I called to explain the circumstances they said to let the Doctorâ??s office know and they would put it through. His girls were TOO BUSY to put it through a second time!! I told Jesse I wanted to speak to the Doctor and was told heâ??s call me after 5pm. Well I called the answering service after 7pm and then he called me back. The two girls have him wrapped around their fingers! If he had the right staff he could go far!!! The only time I saw him was when I refused to leave that first time and he had to talk to me when he ordered the MRI. Iâ??ve never been back and will not! But boy they sure can send me the bills!!!

I couldn't even see the Doctor do to his RUDE office manager Jessie. She was very unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. this automatically made me not like the doctor. Definitely needs a better staff!!

Dr. Berkower is one of the most attentive doctors I have ever had the pleasure of making an apt with. He followed through and got rid of my pain. Anyone who makes an appt with Dr. Berkower will be very pleased.

Go to this doctor if you want to get a deaf ear to your medical problem. He was totally unsympathetic.

Lovely man, but he did not seem to review my history when I came in and asked the same questions of me each time. Then he seemed surprised by the answers. I am a chronic pain patient and he is very reluctant to provide any narcotics even though I have tried everything else he and others have suggested including 2 surgeries.He also will not prescribe a power recliner for my living room even though I am unable to sit in a regular chair or sofa.

Nice guy and doctor but he never follows up and leaves it to the patient. And getting through to the office is a chore.
