Had a teladoc visit regarding my son's cough and he couldn't even answer my question if it could be viral or bacterial. He just prescribed antibiotics like it was vitamins and dropped the call. Did not even say goodbye I was shocked. What a horrible bedside manner.

Told me I was wrong got a second look turns out I was right and because of him wanting to be right and there’s no way a patient knows what there talking about. I was really sick a week longer because you sir are a stuck up has been. T

Thank you Dr. Bernheimer for talking me through my baby girl's first croup experience. So scary, but you calmed my fears and phoned her in a prescription to help her along, even on a Sunday. Very happy and appreciative mommy right here!
