Rude overbearing secretary

Staff is not compassionate or caring about his elderly patients. Rude, won't listen, get mad if u interrupt their ranting at u so u can tell what is urgent needed. Hang up on you. Act like demigods. Lie to dr. No empathy. Dr is unaware of how rude they are and act like young full of themselves and treat too many of us like we are idiots. Too young to be there. Have no patience just yell at you if u try to interrupt. Infuriating upsetting experience which results in drs patients not getting good care from him as they have no idea how to relate to his patients who need his care. And they obviously only care about being demi gods and not his patients. Worse office staff in vero. Too bad to get so upset with their abusive treatment when u call for drs help.and they won't listen, only dictate,horrible upset days over their treatment of me and drs reaction to their spiel they give him when anyone would be infurated by their rude mean ranting and they never listen and do not know how to communicate with a patient just parrot a sentence over and over. He doesn't have a clue how they get with his patients who have an urgent need. Too young to be in his office.too full of a perceived rude power over his patients. Too bad. Not worth it to get care needed or listened to by non listening staff who answer phone. Actually hang up on you if u ask for anything. Never experienced anything like this in a drs office. Hire older compassionate and communicative staff so horrible rude experiences don't continue. Would infuriate anyone being treated so rudely and condescending by young full of themselves rude staff.bado enough to have an urgent need and then be talked to in such a rude mean manner. And no help from them ever.so don't get needed drs help due to them which could be a debilitating result for his patient. He should hear how they communicate to patents when call. Horrible.

A caring doctor

I've been seeing Dr. Biezunski for about 10 years. I trust him completely with the care of my diabetes. When I see him I feel that he knows who I am, and remembers my history. He pays attention to what other doctors I've been seeing, and why. He always spends adequate time with me and I feel comfortable discussing any issues with him. I always feel confident following his advice and instructions.

Avoid

Dr. has no "bedside manner"; cold. Old style doc who doesn't really want patient input/collaboration. Office took a month to get back results of ultrasound and I had to keep calling, reminding them, etc. No follow thru from staff. Staff not helpful; curt and not friendly.

Most Comprehensive and Caring Doctor

Dr. B never just sees you and clicks his computer with each answer - he knows about other doctors you are seeing, asks about upcoming doctors appoints and takes time to know you. His staff never just answers a question as if they are doctors they always get the correct answer and get back with you - the staff seems to be the same people for years and it seems like a very well run office.

A great doctor

Just wanted to say that Dr Biezunski is really a great doctor. He spends time with me, listens to me & never rushes my appt. He is very thorough. Other doctors could learn so much by his excellent example of patient care. He is a rare breed.
