I felt very comfortable during my session with Dr.Brieff. Dr Brieff spent a lot of time with me and my husband , asking many questions to understand my condition. I came to Dr Brieff after seeing two other doctors who ruled out cancer and refered me to Dr Brieff .

Unresponsive to emergency situations. No compassion or urgency. Horrible care for very sick patient .

I had the displeasure of seeing Dr. Brieff last year for his help with Lyme Disease. The first thing he said to me was that he followed CDC and IDSA guidelines, so if I had a problem with that I could leave right now..After reviewing my test results he asked me why I thought I had Lyme. My response was : I remember a bullseye rash in hindsight, I've had two years of Lyme symptoms, I have been tested for virtually everything else and come back negative, I have tested positive in bands 23,34,39,58,41 and my General Practitioner already diagnosed me with Lyme. This Dr should be absolutely ashamed of himself for his gross incompetence or should I say corruption because it's not incompetence when he knows dam well that I have Lyme, but won't diagnose it because of out of date guidelines of the CDC/IDSA who have financial self interests with drug companies.. Absolutely Disgraceful what's going on here.. Lyme is the fastest growing vector born disease in the world right now and Ny is the most… affected state in country.. people can afford to have Doctors like this when Lyme is so rampant!

Dr. Brieff (and I use the term Dr, lightly), is an uncaring cold man. He does not care about his patients, their wellbeing or their health. He gave me multiple wrong diagnosis to the point I left his care and found another compassionate Dr who cared. I am now healthy. Brieff did not care, did not want to follow-up and did not listen. He only wants to sit in his empty office and think he is something more than he is. HIs IDSA affiliations show through his care and his compassion
