Dr. David Daniel Brosnahan, MD

He diagnosed my daughter with a UTI but did not collect any urine to back it up and we were in the hospital all night. Went to my daughters regular Pediatrician who gave us the CORRECT diagnosis. So not only did he not do anything to help, but also misdiagnosed my daughter and I am stuck with STUPID bill from him since he's a separate contract with the Hospital. He's a sad excuse for a doctor and I would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE.

It took time to get his feedback for myself over the years to manage on my own for my own answers by googling it with questions listed and qualifying results and ask my primary doctor/pharmacist for approval thanks twin 73!

Went to the er on oct. 28,2012 and he told them to leave me out in the hallways till shift change, never seeing me at all and then when I left he put a fake diagnosis in my chart so he can bill me for it! He never even seen me! Thief! He has forsaken the doctors oath to heal and not to cause harm! He doesn’t need to have his license anymore!

She was scared at first, but he was empathetic, talked with her about her favorite show, Daniel Tiger, and made her feel more comfortable. Very professional, kind, and excellent bedside manner. He took care of her expediently and compassionately. He removed the piece of fiberglass and treated the scratch on her eye. My daughter still talks about “Dr Brownsbear” to this day. Very appreciative for the great care we received by Dr Brosnahan at Doctors Hospital ER!

Dr. Brosnahan is rude, belittling, and has terrible bedside manner. His physical exam skills are almost non-existent. How can you determine what is wrong if you don't interview and exam the patient???? He apparently went to med school for fame and glory, but just got stuck in Augusta being miserable and it shows. I had chest pain and nausea and after five hours got antacid and anxiety meds. This morning I found a lump in my breast near my armpit and it's uncomfortable when I breath. Going to get it check out by someone who actually acts like a doctor.

I don't go to the doctors much, but I will never forget the experience I had with this "Dr" . What a pompous condescending disingenuous person that is in care of emergency trauma patients. An er visit that not only gave me a thought process in to this destructive "genius" in his own mind, but to see how smug and dismissive he was just shows me that he probably can't do anything else. Probably jumping from place to place after the establishment can't handle the complaints and murmurs. I wouldn't seek him out and certainly would ask for another doctor if he is presented in front of you in your turmoil.

Spent 1 min and 40 seconds giving diagnosis to my disabled family member. Horrible bedside manner. Needs to find new profession.

Horrible patient care. My grandmother has polycythemia which in the past weeks has worsened and she has been losing large amounts of blood. He stuffed the wrong size gauze into her nose. My grandma shrieked and told my father and grandfather she had never been in so much pain. This is not usual for her as she has dealt with high levels of pain for years. She grabbed him for help and he told her not to touch him. Not to mention that all the blood she was losing was coming from her nose and the force he used could've easily caused much worse scenarios for her. (There was also an embolism) As a result of his actions the whole left side of my grandmother's face is swollen to the point that she can't open her eye. There is extensive bruising and as if the pain she was previously experiencing wasn't enough, she has that to add to it. He is in the position to make a difference because he is treating people at their lowest points and unfortunately he made the situation much worse. Everyone has… bad days but there is no excuse for taking it out on your patient. I sure hope it was a bad day because I would be very upset to think that these are the kind of people we have caring for our loved ones. As for me and my entire family, we do not believe he should have a license!

Very condensending toward patient and family. His lack of care and interest in the patient caused misdiagnosis. 24 hours after misdiagnosis organs began shutting down. 72 hours of unnecessary pain and fear before a different doctor discovered the problem. Now back on the mend. Thanks to Dr. Brosnahan my family member could have died!! I blame him 100% and will never forget his condensding words to me. If you see him, RUN in the other direction!!!!
