Incompetent and indifferent across the board.

They never answer the phone I had to go into office after calling and leaving messages for over 2 weeks to get first appointment. Kept upping Kepra I told him something was wrong with my child the meds made them emotional . Didn’t listen ... upped meds again My child had a horrible weekend with multiple issues I called and left a message asking please call me I need direction on how to handle some of this my PCP left a messsge neither of us got a return call. My child ended up In hospital When the meds were changed there were no more issues or seizures. I changed doctors to epilepsy clinic in Charlotte. They care about the patients and LISTEN to them. Oh, and answer their phone It’s been 7 months since that and am so grateful for change of doctors. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!!

I need my friend to be there with me due to memory problems. Dr. Buckland was a bit grumpy. My friend and I were lighthearted and cracking jokes while dr was in there. No smile, no laughing, He may have been having a bad day. When we asked questions to clarify, he looked annoyed and in a hurry.

Waited for about an hour for a 20 min consul. I was very disappointed. He didn't check any of my reflexes. Basicly talked about what kind of cain I was using. Asked me very few questions.

HE STUDIED ALL OF MY DAUGHTERS PAPERWORK AND REALLY TOOK TIME TO LISTEN AND EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW TO HELP IT. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND FRIENDLY. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AND A WONDERFUL DOCTOR.
