Dr. David Joseph Burkart, MD

My comments are related to Dr. Burkart's office scheduling staff. I was unable to schedule an appointment to meet with Dr. Burkart because of his inept scheduling staff. I attempted to schedule an appointment for a serious medical condition. I called during normal office hours, and the phone went to voice mail. Thirteen days later, one of his staff called me claiming they could not reach me. My phone has voice mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's clear that the doctor's scheduling staff is trying to cover up their attempts to sabotage his practice. If you read other reviews of Dr. Burkart, you'll notice several 4 star reviews all posted on the same day. Perhaps these were posted to boost his overall rating. Do not trust your health care to a staff that refuses to do their job.

Tried to call office 2x. No answer, but left a message telling them to please call me after 3:30 since I work. Received a rude call from receptionist next day telling me that she couldn't schedule a time to call me back as the phones are on 9-5, but she said "when YOU'RE available, give me a call back". I believe that is what I did. I will not call back again since no one seems to answer when I AM available.

Dr. Burkart was rid and very nasty to my family. He acted as I'd he did not care about me or my medical situations. He keep losing focus during my treatment as if his mind was somewhere else
