Dr. David Catalino Mendoza, MD

I became a patient of Dr Mendoza approximately 15 years ago due to issues with my urination. After testing he discovered cancer cells in my blood but no tissue. I eventually had my prostate removed by a doctor in Columbus, OH and remained in Dr Mendoza’s care until recently when I was released back to my primary care doctor for continued care. I still have the option to seek future care from him if I need it. My care has been excellent and of quality care and compassion.

After enduring 4 weeks of having half of a kidney stone stuck in my bladder, Dr. Mendoza performed surgery. Immediate relief after surgery was wonderful. 6 months later I had pain again and called to get an appointment. I was told to just wait 2 more months until my regularly scheduled follow up appointment. I waited, then he did nothing to help at that appointment. If a proactive doctor is your preference DO NOT go to Dr. Mendoza.

After waiting for a hour. he arrives.He has very few note from my last visit and seems to wonder why I didn't have a PSA done before I came.The season is that he never told me that I needed one or ordered one. This is the second and last time that I left feeling like I've just wasted my time and he doesn't care. You might as well save your money and just test yourself. You would be a bit richer and just as informed
