4/16 colonoscopy-the team including dr carron were professional with excellent “bed side manners”- procedure was well done. One issue: I arrived at 8:40 for a 9:30 appointment…at 10:00 I saw 9 people arrive after me and be taken to the procedure room…so I asked if I had been missed…finally a nurse came and said they were backed up due to a problem patient earlier….thats fine but seems the team could be proactive and let me know without me asking….so that day I spent 2 hours in the reception area waiting! Once in the procedure room all went well…good experience!

My office visit was on time and I was attended to in a timely manner. Dr. Carron addressed my problem right away and offered suggestions and new orders. I am always satisfied with his remembrance of my problems and his plan of care.

Had a check in with Dr Carron yesterday in the Oconomowoc office. Check in was quick and the wait just a few minutes. I have been a patient of Dr Carron for over 25 years after my Crohn’s diagnosis. He is so kind and caring and always puts me at ease.

Had my 1st colonoscopy at the Tosa location. Everyone was caring, & competent. As a retired RN, this was important to me. From Mary & Chris who started my IV, preop nurse Jen, recovery nurse Nancy, anesthesiologist Dr. Kickendahl & of course Dr. Carron, I received the best care posibble. Everyone there worked so well together.
