Dr Cech is an Excellent Doctor. Last month he operated on me for an acoustic neuroma and the results are Great!!! recovery is going well! love Dr. Cech and his Staff!!

I can not thank David and his office staff and operating staff enough for the excellent care. Other doctors wanted to wire my back and put in all kinds of instruments and bones. Bit Doctor Cech with his patented tool and procedure gave me movement in arms and legs again. I am not new, but to be able to take care of myself and participate in life is a blessing . I am so grateful to and for Him, He and his staff work long long hors starting atb 0500 housrs.

Dr. Cech has accurately diagnosed and performed state of the art surgery on me twice, both with excellent results.

I went to this doctor and he suggested I get another test but his office could never seem to get it scheduled for me. It has now been 4 weeks with almost daily calling to the office with no concrete answer on when I could get scheduled for the test. They were rude or didn't know what the status was. Last I heard it was on the doctor's desk, I asked why it was there and what he needed to do with it and they said they didn't know. Since I've been in pain, this is very poor follow up for a doctor's office. I stopped calling and have since been to another doc and I am scheduled for surgery! They have never called me back...where is my file??

I lifted something to quick after being sedentary at work for 5 hours and boom - disk. I went to another popular doctor and they had me do 10 weeks of pills and aquatic rehab$ which was sure to retract my disc into place (keep in mind no MRI yet). After my 10 weeks and feeling bad about missing time from work for rehab I demanded a MRI. Let it be know that I have a high tolerance for pain but was really having a tough time walking with my right leg - and having to use a cane to get out of my car, seat, toilet. After my MRI results my doctor was amazed that I was even walking, he said it was my choice to have an operation or if I could stand the pain I should keep up with rehab. At that point I knew I needed to go to somewhere else, my disc was separated like shrapnel in my nerve. I had been through too many weeks of learning tricks to get my socks on etc.. Thankfully a friend of my parents recommended this group and I was able to get a quick appointment with Dr. Cech. I really did… see that it may be tough to get an appointment and have to wait. I brought my MRI results and he was he was strait to the point and said I will not get any better as my disc was ruptered in my nerve. I had a micro discectomy and after I woke up the nurse made me walk to the end of the hall twice before I could leave. I walked so fast dragging my IV while eating my crackers I was passing nurses up. I walked 2 miles that night after taking 15 mins to put my socks on for 10 weeks. I know many doctors can perform this operation but the way it went down for me might have saved me as I did not want to live in the pain I was in for so long. Dr. Cech is to the point, does not pretend to be your best friend, has confidence and fixed me. I can wipe my ars again.

I have had a very different experience with my mother and this doctor than the 2010 review by Ron. My mother has a very painful nerve condition that needs surgical intervention and this is why she scheduled with Dr Cech. My mother had her first appointment last week. The lady, by the name of Theresa, called less than 2 hours before the appt. telling us that the doctor had an emergency surgery and she has to re-schedule. My mother was in tears, but accepted the change for this week The day of the re-schduled appt. Theresa called again and left a message at 5:30 pm., saying that the doctor has another surgery and she will have to re-schedule. She asked us to call her back. My father called this morning at 9:10 am. and left a message for her to call back since she was 'not available to answer the phone'. So far nothing from her and it is now afternoon. My mother suffers daily with pain and he continues to delay her treatment! I understand "emergency" surgeries, but this is more of a… pattern now. Doctors typically have "surgery days" where they do not schedule patients in the office. I know as I, myself am a surgeon. I cannot imagine what would happen to my mother in his hands as a post op patient given his pattern of re-scheduling!! Thank God he has not laid hands on her! Unacceptable! We will find a more "present" and considerate surgeon!

After having a ruptured disc for 2 weeks, my primary referred me to Dr. Cech. I then had to wait 2 more weeks for an appt. I then waited 1 1/2 hours to see him. He spent all of 5 min. with me, did NO patient education, didn't ask how I was feeling. Even though I had an X-ray, MRI and MRI with contrast, he needed a CT scan. They called their imaging center, which said they could take me. Waited ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours and found out I was a "work-in" and they have to see all the appointments first. I left. Now trying to get CT scan today. We'll see what happens...I'm sure he is a top doc in his field but I am VERY frustrated with this non-treatment.
