There is a reason this guy has so many negative reviews. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book this doctor. I was referred from a different hospital & I called before to arrange the X-rays to be sent over. Upon seeing the Assistant, she did not have my X-rays. She was rapid firing questions at me & I told her I'm looking for the X-ray report on my patient portal & want to tell the doctor exactly what's wrong with my neck, I'm not a doctor so I wanted to be specific. She didn't have time for this & her tone & attitude was extremely disrespectful & she kept asking the same question over & over again. I've never experienced anything like this at any Doctor's office. I told she's not being very nice & she stormed off ending the visit. I went to the desk to report her to the manager & the doctor stormed in screaming at me saying he was going to stand there while I spoke to the manager. He was trying to intimidate me & not letting me talk - horrible, uncouth person

Office staff does not follow through

This guy knows his stuff. Does not beat around the bush. If he can help you he will say so. If he can't or feel and alternate method is worth trying he will recommend it. I have 2 surgerieddone by Dr. Cicerchia, Lower Back 2001 and Cervical Fusion 2015. I have no regrets.

Dr. Ciccersha is a top of the line surgeon. This was the second surgery he had done for me. One in 2000 and the other in 2015. I had no fear what so ever!! Can't beat him!!

I met Dr Cicerchia in 2001 for a L4-L5 Disc that no one else would touch, he did the procedure after the standard epidural shoots and within 6 months of having surgery I was running again. In 2015 I was involved in a Car Accident Herniated Disk in my NECK, who do I call, Ghostbuster: Dr. Cicerchia. He explained the process clearly and the complications that may result from such a major surgery. I trust him and had no fear. The day after the surgery I was able to make a fist, no numbness, no tingling. His care extends beyond his office visits. I trust this man with my LIFE. 2 Surgeries, 2 Successful procedures. Now in PT until the Cervical Fusion is complete before he allows Dr. Aaron to perform shoulder surgery on me. He simply cares and wants to make sure my neck is healed before my body undergoes another traumatic procedure. I will recommend him for Spine and Dr. Gastel for Knees in a heartbeat to my worse enemies. Blackstone Orthopedic is the Place. The culture in this Group… revolves around Patient Care and Providing the Best Possible outcome. I cannot thank Dr. Cicerchia enough for his care and knowledge. The Office Staff are unbelievable, caring, Courteous, Friendly. The Physical Therapy Group has blown my expectation away with the care they continue to provide me with.

Dr. Cicerchia is great. I have a high level of trust in his opinion. He told me that the only thing he could do is a spinal fusion but he said I should only do it if I can't tolerate the pain at all. He did a very good job of talking me out of getting surgery, something that he could get paid a lot of money to do.
