Dr. David Dongwook Choi, MD

During the labor of three of my births (in 2006, 2007, and 2009), Dr. David D Choi (at Pomona Valley Hospital), performed Episiotomies on my perinium, without informed consent given. He was never my primary Ob/Gyn, (During those years, Dr. Savita Malik provided my prenatal care, but was never present for my actual births, despite having scheduled inductions). It seems as though Dr. Choi was one of the on-call/on-duty Physicians in the L&D department. Through recent years, as I've stepped foot into educating myself on Human Rights and birth advocacy, I've learned that any and all forms I may have signed, were simply forms that documented the process of receiving "adequate disclosure by the physician, of the nature of the intervention, with its risks and benefits.." (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, "Ethical Decision Making in Obstetrics and Gynecology", 2007).

Very sarcastic! No Doctor-Patient relationship. Poor attitude!!!
