Dr. David Brown Damrich, MD

It's been 3 or so years that I have been going to Dr. Damrich. At first things were great, he took his time to get to know me professionally of course. And I was pleased because I didn't feel like a number. I stayed because well heck it's a once a year thing. Who cares right? Wrong. He called in the wrong birth control prescription and now that it is after hours he refuses to change the mistake. So I have to go 3 days without birth control. If you know anything about birth control, you know this isn't a good thing. What's a 5 minute conversation to the pharmacist going to hurt or take away from your day. ESPECIALLY when it was your mistake to begin with. I'm frustrated and stuck in a rut with this one. Luckily, I have insurance and can take my money elsewhere. Save your time,money, and save being frustrated.

I have been dr damrick patient for 14 yrs, he has done a leap on me 4 yrs ago! I havent been able to contact my dr because of a 60$ outstanding bill! That I said I would pay if they allow me to make app with the dr. His nurses informed me the bill must be paid an I am not allowed to even speak to my dr. The nurse told me that abdomen pain dont hurt if its cancer, oh well thanks since the leap was for cancer an its been 4 yrs! I love my dr an he dont know how his staff has done me, dr damrich already knew my insurance was running out an talked to me before the surgery an said He would work with me. But his staff wont even leave my dr a messege from me. This is a sad day when the staff keeps patients at bay from their dr they trust an believe in! Miss u dr damrich !!!! Hope u get to read this an ur staff dont delete it from u

I never minded my waiting time as I realize he might be helping another soon-to-be mom. His kindness is worth a little inconvenience. I disagree with one of the other comments---that he is abrupt &/or laid back. He takes his responsibility to bring a healthy life into the world very seriously.

Well to sum it up, dr. Damrich acted like we were taking up his time. He got mad that i didnt cut the umbilical cord fast enough and to top it off he put my wifes mirena in wrong and now shes expecting again.

I've been seeing Dr. Damrich for many years now. He and his nurse are very caring people. I have received wonderful care from him and would highly recommend him. He's always had time for any questions I've had.

He's likable and engaging but I never felt like he cared about what I was saying. He laughed at me for wanting certain testing done and later I saw on TV there had been an outbreak in my county for which of the type of illness I requested the test. It was in fact plastered all over billboards and written up in the newspaper. Looking back I should have spoken up but being a young girl I didn't and I regretted it. Nice guy but I'll put my life in someone else hands.

This doctor has no concern for anyone. He is very defensive and too laid-back about everything. The wait time is pretty lengthy too and trust me, he is not worth it. I brought up several concerns that were ignored.

Dr. Damrich is a gem. I've been using him for approx 14 years and wouldn't dare consider changing. He's kind, informative, patient and understanding. I would and have recommended him to friends, family and co-workers.
