Dr. David Elijah, MD

Worst care I’ve ever received. I had a medical emergency and went to the ER. When I tried to follow up with Dr. David Elijah, I was told there was a 3-month wait — for a condition that clearly couldn’t wait. I went to their Orlando office for help, and now they’ve refused to see me again simply because I had to see another doctor in the meantime. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Patients deserve better.

Takes as much time with his patients as the patient needs. He respectfully answers all questions in a simple to understand manner. He goes the extra mile to diagnose what other GIs cannot, and prepares a personalized regimen of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Elias.

Knowledgeable thorough and extremely professional Doctor both in office and during my colonoscopy. Hospital staff spoke highly of his professionalism. What else could one ask for.

I like Doctor Elijah. I felt very comfortable with him and he was very professional. I knocked a star off for what I thought was a follow-up office visit to my procedure and got hit up for $40 co pay just to get my results which took two minutes from the nurse. They could of phoned it in and saved me my gas and the overtime I gave up. Thanks for that!

Dr. Elijah was wonderful. Spent quite a bit of time getting my extensive history and discussing my options. I felt that this was the first time my diagnosis was correct after my endoscopy. He was polite and professional as was his nurse. My past GE missed the diagnosis several times. His follow up was easy.

I went to see him because my doctor sent me over and felt like this was a horrible experience. He was rude and in a hurry. Never once sat down to talk to us. He never even touched me to examine me!!! He said I needed a colonoscopy. It turns out I now owe 5000 dollars for the procedure!!!!! After a lot of arguing his office told me that he has a special arrangement with the hospital and this is why the bill was so much. My insurance says that the same procedure elsewhere should have been free as a screening. Now I am stuck with a 5000 bill!!!!
