I have been a patient of Dr. Ward for 7 years. The first 3-4 years, he worked on getting my system back on track. A sleeping disorder for 20+ years, plus chronic sinus problems, etc. Then, early 2012 I have (1) swollen Lymph Node pop up on my neck. Dr. Ward didn't waste any time, making sure I received the proper test, scans, etc. He helped me find the right Doctors and surgeons, because that (1) swollen Lymph Node turned out to be Stage 4 throat cancer, at base of tongue. (Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma). The surgeon had to remove 16 Nodes, then I received 62 radiation treatments. He guided me through the whole process, from getting me admitted to UF Proton Center, in Jacksonville, Florida, actually talking to the Oncologist on my behalf! I can't give enough praise to this great man, who I am so thankful to call my Doctor! I don't think I would be alive today if not for Dr. Ward. He actually had to push my Insurance provider for a CT scan, which is how they… discovered the cancer had spread to the other Nodes in my neck. I have been Cancer Free now for 2-years! Again... He's the "best" Doctor I have ever seen and I will soon be 61 years old. I hope this will encourage someone to make an appointment with Dr. Ward and see what he can do for you!

Dr. Ward spends a lot of time getting to know you, and you can email him any time you have a question or problem. He will motivate you to adopt healthy eating habits and exercise, and will point you to medical specialists or holistic practioners if you need them.

Dr. Ward is genuinely concerned and motivated to help you solve your health problems or advise you how to improve and take your health and well being to the next level. He gets an A+!
