Dr Williams has operated on my eye twice. Very professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend him.

Very unkind, uncaring and just downright rude. Only gave 2-3 word answers to questions and cut me off in the middle of my questions. (I only had 7 questions, all of which I had prepared in advance). I suspect the reason he was so ride was that he felt my condition was too simple for him. However, I was still paying for the appointment and felt I deserved at least to be treated with respect. I left the appointment frustrated and without all my questions answered.

I have seen Dr Williams several times for a severe retinal disease. I would rate him as one of the finest doctors that I have ever seen. His reputation is sterling and he is unfailingly polite and caring. There is another Dr Williams in the Twin Cities who is an internist and i believe that the two are sometimes confused. My Dr Williams is a retinal surgeon
