I am responding to the negative reviews from a few patients of Dr. Forst.. He has been my cardiologist for 13 years and I credit him with saving my life when I had a heart attack. Recently my wife called 911 when she thought I was having a seizure. Dr. Forst came to the ER to see me and twice when I was admitted for observation on the 5th floor. Dr. Forst is a caring physician and I trust his judgment.

Sometimes he is busy, but you can tell he cares a lot about his patients. A quality doctor.

I saw Dr. Forst for a follow up after a clearly abnormal Holter monitor reading. As soon as he walked in on my first visit, he did not introduce himself or examine me or perform any testing, he just said "I don't know why you're here". He was rude and dismissive and I found another physician who confirmed the abnormality. For someone who claims to be a specialist in the field, he sure doesn't seem to actually care about patients. I would not recommend.

Nice when you first meet him. After a few visits, he in a hurry, moody and doesn't like to be questioned. Have found another doctor.
