I recently had an appointment with Dr. Fusco for a surgery consultation after seeing many other Dr.s in the last 8 months. He is the first Dr. Out of any of them that sat, listened, processed the information and actually appeared to care. Not brushing me off to get the next patient, and their money into the office. I had lost all faith in our jacked up health care system until meeting this wonderful man! He is truly the meaning of a Dr. that believes in his oath and patients! Not dollars! He is brilliant!

I recently saw Dr. Fusco for a second surgical opinion on spondylolisthesis. I was very impressed with his comprehensive discussion of my symptoms, former diagnostics test results, and his assessment for dealing with my individual problem. All this was done with reference to my scans and use of models to make clear what he deemed the problem to be and how he determined we could address it. He also discussed options other than surgery for pain reduction, demonstrating how that would work. When he asked for questions, of which I had many, he made sure he answered them to my satisfaction, all without a hint of condescension, which, alas, some physicians, and especially surgeons, have a tendency to demonstrate. He showed excellent interpersonal skills. I feel comfortable with his competence and would certainly recommend him to anyone experiencing problems in his areas of specialization.

Dr. Fusco was very thorough in investigating my Spinal Stenosis and also my husband's back pain. He ordered every test possible for both of us before determining the possibilities of surgery. He listened to us carefully and after tests, explained in detail what our problems are and determined what our options are. He is a doctor who is compassionate and cares about his patients. We have no reservations about his advice. By the way, he was a 2nd opinion doctor for both of us. We had each gone to different doctors prior to making appointments with him.
