Took care of my parents and now myself and my child. Never had such an intelligent, understanding doctor. He took very wonderful and compassionate with my father in his last years. We love this doctor, he is a good man and a good doctor.

Dr. Nelson is the greatest! He has been my PCP since 1997. Two years ago I moved to the island and drive over 100 miles one way to see him. Why? Because he cares about quality health care like no other doctor I have ever seen. Sure he has my file when I arrive but he knows me and asked about the family, my life and goes the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. Sure there are good physicians all over Houston but it’s the personal care I appreciate and respect, and goes for the entire staff at Northwest Family Practice. If you’re looking for a PCP I strongly urge and recommend. Dr. David Nelson and staff at NWFP. Scott Menard

I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for 30+ years. He has always got my diagnosis right and prescribed the correct protocol for my illness. I refer him to everyone and his staff is very helpful and friendly Always.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for about 10 yrs now. He's professional, attentive, courteous, very thorough while determining a diagnosis and always willing to answer any questions we have!! I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson's for almost 30 years now. We moved out of state for a couple of years and when we returned I had no doubts as to whom I would use as a doctor. He listens to your issues and asks questions to provide additional back ground.
