Dr. David Frank Grider, DO

I always received attentive, excellent care. Both Dr. Grider and Pat Perry take the time to listen and offer opinions and guidance. We've recently moved, and I wish very much I could've brought them and their staff with me!

Dr. Grider is patient and warm, and easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services. He makes patients feel welcomed, and spends time listening to them and answering their questions . He does not make you feel rushed. We feel fortunate that he is available to serve our community.

I've been with Dr.Grider for over 12 yrs. He's an awesome doctor a real people person. Dr.Grider will go out of his way to help you.

After being stabbed with a cactus plant, several hours later and extremely painful and swollen, doctors office welcomed me and saw me within 30 minutes. Diagnosed reaction to cactus stabbing, gave shot and prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Very personable, knowledgable and helpful!

General review for the practice. I am suffering from Post Partum Depression and I'm desperate for help. I already walked out once and headed to the ER after being made to wait almost an hour. My follow up appointment as advised by my mental health counselor also took 30+ minutes to be seen, despite the staff knowing the severity of my case. I'll be finding a new PCM immediately.

Entire family has been seeing Dr. Grider since 1988. Could not be happier!

I was seen promptly , treated respectfully and given reasonable and open choices from Dr Grider in how to best treat my unexpected severe neck spasms while on vacation. Receptive staff and nursing staff wished me well as I was leaving the office. When I am vacation there again, and need any medical assistance I will contact the staff in Dr Griders office for help. Emergency rooms have very very long waiting periods. These cases that can be treated quickly, with respect and professionalism, I suggest any person needing minor medical assistance to see Dr Grider and his staff. I have also worked in the medical field for 33 years and I know good quality care when I see it. Dr. Grider and his staff have a medical practice to be proud of!

It's hard to find a competent, caring primary care family practice physician in my health insurance network, so I'm grateful to find Dr. Grider. He immediately and accurately diagnosed problems that other primaries could not figure out. His office staff went the extra mile to facilitate specialist referrals. I was seen on time and given plenty of time with the doctor, even though is office is always packed with patients because he is such a good physician. The man has lots of medical wisdom, and he actually cares about you. We need more doctors like him!

Dr. Grider has been our family physician since 2002 and we feel blessed to have him. Three children, myself and my hubby - no health insurance. His fees our reasonable and his skills are excellent. Dr. Grider always diagnosed correctly and performed minor surgeries right in his office. I would recommend him to my friends and family. As a family we have seen skin cancer, osteoarthritis, ingrown toe nails, finishing hooks lodged in the body, fibromyalgia besides your regular flu and minor things... Dr. Grider and his staff have always been there for us at extremely reasonable rates - and that is important when you do not have an insurance. Dr. Grider will look out for you as well.

Most of the staff act like they are too good for the patients. I have been a patient through his good and bad years over 30 years total. He had made his mistakes in diagnosis, but that is simply human error. In the past 10 years it has gotten much worse. Scheduled appointments are never on time and when you get called back you wait another 15-20 minutes waiting in a room. When Dr. Grider does show up, he spends 5 minutes or less with you, and is quick to pull out a Rx pad when he doesn't know for sure what the problem is. My last experience was the final straw, after he wrote the Rx that I never filled, I made an appointment with another local Dr and found out what the true problem was. The Rx that he prescribed could have actually made the condition worse. BTW I am not a Dr shopper and don't take pain meds. I believe in finding the problem not covering it up.Dr. Grider is no longer worried about the patients and more worried about the almighty dollar and where he is going on his next… vacation. If you are not going to spend the time needed with you patients to really find out what's wrong and treat us like we matter, by all means, RETIRE already.
