Great experience with Dr Chu. He and the staff at Scripps were very professional and friendly. I was able to get a next day appointment to exam a mole that was looking really scary, plus a host of other concerns I wanted addressed. There was no wait time for the exam, he carefully examined and explained each of my areas of concern. Conducted a complete head to toe exam to check every spot.He was very thorough, and gave me a bag full of over the counter samples to help with some of my problem areas. I and couldn't be happier and felt relieved and well taken care of.

Dr Chu was recommended by my pharmacist. After two other doctors finally I got rid of that itchy spot that was driving me crazy. Thank you.

He missed a few pre-cancers. Not sure he made the correct diagnosis of a scalp problem

Could not diagnose an obvious condition (according to emergency room doctor) leading to emergency room visit of the patient four weeks later.
