Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:My interest in medicine began while I was an enlisted soldier at the Army's burn unit in San Antonio. I became so impressed with the dedication and expertise of the physicians there that I was impelled to follow in their footsteps .What I want my patients to know about me:I try to treat patients the way I would like for a loved one to be treated.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:In my spare time I enjoy fitness training, basketball, hiking, video games, and playing with my children.
