Dr. David Alan Kostick, MD

Look for another surgeon if you are looking for upper blepharoplasty (droopy eye lids) as this is not the guy. My husband went to him specifically for upper blepharoplasty and he was told by Dr Kostick that he didn't need upper blepharoplasty, but instead he needed a brow lift. My husband had the brow lift, which was a much more extensive recovery than anticipated as he was drugged up for several days after the surgery. Every time he went back for checkups from the surgery, he was charged an office visit fee, which is ridiculous. Put that aside, his eyelids never changed from the brow lift and Dr Kostick didn't take any responsibility for it. Instead, he suggested another surgery, an upper blepharoplasty, which is the exact surgery that he was told he didn't need. Very disappointing to say the least and really inappropriate. The entire office structure there is like an assembly line with zero accountability. Dr Kostick should have taken responsibility for absolutely no improvement post… surgery and offered to fix it. The integrity and professionalism is not there and I would definitely not recommend this doctor.

My surgery outcome was very disappointing. They are still drooping. I believe the Doctor knows this but wants more money and more surgery.

Dr. Kostick and his staff were professional, courteous, and highly competent. Sandra, his Oculoplastics Consultant, went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I developed a complication after office hours when the clinic had closed, and Dr. Kostick made a special trip to see me and resolve my problem. He gets an AAA+ rating from me!

Dr Kostick is highly professional with excellent surgical skills. I was referred to him by an opthalmologist in Lady Lake, Florida to repair my drooping right lower eyelid, the result of a previous surgery. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Kostick. My eyelid now looks normal after being told it might never look normal again. I can't thank him enough for his excellent care and a wonderful result.

My entire experience with Dr. Kostick and his staff has been perfect..This includes my initial consultation through surgery, post-op and follow-up visits. Dr. Kostick was highly recommended by my Palm Coast doctor and I was very satisfied

DR KOSTIICK IS GREAT. HE SPENDS QUALITY TIME WITH YOU. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. I HAVE FULL TRUST IN HIM. I MOVED AWAY FROM JACKSONVILLE, BUT I CONTINUE TO BE HIS PATIENT. HE IS WORTH THE 4 HOUR ROUNDTRIP.
