Dr. David Kronn, MD

I first met with the genetics counselor to go over my family history. My next appointment was with Dr Kronn. He was very pleasant and asked a ton of questions and his examination was gentle and thorough. He communicated well as to what he was seeing as he was examining me. He then ordered more tests for any further diagnosis and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Dr. Kronn, while gifted in his knowledge, too often made us feel like our questions were unwelcomed with terse, and very late replies. Monosyllabic in response, he does not carry himself well when simply asked a question. I would not recommend his services.

Those who see him I suggest you follow up on everything, make sure that all questions about your child's health are answered. I feel that daughter was just a number and not a patient. My daughter had a few test taken and no results were ever given to myself or my daughters pediatrician. I had to call on many occasions for them to send the info, this is unacceptable. Whatever the result someone from the office need follow up. Even if its "not your office policy". I suggest more office training

They take their time. They follow up. Great team. Ms Chandry is excellent. They helped us a great deal with insurance matters as well.

I cannot even begin to express the HORRIBLE experience we had with Dr. Kronn and his staff. I refuse to spend time even recalling how bad it was. He is a lousy doctor!!

Ive been to so many Drs over the years because I have a rare genetic problem. Ive been to Drs that cant speak English, to Drs that just didnt care. Dr. Kronn and his assistant, were so nice and helpful and have finally given me some hope. The only thing I can say that is negative is I wish I had met him 20yrs ago!!! To finally get some straight answers, even though they weren't really positive was such a relief!
