He has always listened to my concerns and prescribed accurate prescriptions. I have full confidence in his care. He will discuss options for your situation and discuss with you what is the best route to take. I have been seeing him for several years without any incident what so ever. Refills are easy, quick appointments, hardly any wait in the waiting room, great staff and caring dr.

my college student is able to get appointments that work with his class schedule, does not have to wait long in waiting room and the doctor listens carefully and is very thorough, and gives great explanation in diagnosis. I do not see that he is just writing prescriptions unnecessarily.

I would not go to him for anything now. He's gotten to where he doesn't listen to anything and just diagnoses from your name if you're a regular patient. He has prescribed the wrong medicine for 2 members of my family and hasn't really listened or looked at their charts before prescribing the meds. If you are a current patient, I wouldn't go to him for anything more than a cold or sinus infection. If you're not a current patient, don't start. There are too many doctors here to settle for this one. The best part of his office is one nurse (who is NOT his wife) and his receptionist. They are awesome! It's too bad they don't work for a doctor who cares as much as they do.

Remember the way doctors used to be? This is Dr. Laurentz and his staff. If we're sick and call in for an appointment, we're scheduled within hours and usually only waiting 5-10 minutes at the most to see him. He's what you need in a family practitioner.

I have used him for years, until now. I have severe arthritis and he had me on low dose pain medicine and his wife, made him stop. I have never abused it or over used them. He checks on me often. But I won't be going back because of his wifes attitude and lack of care.

Being that we are a rather healthy family I feel comfortable in seeing Dr. Laurentz. If there was a serious concern I don't know that I would be very comfortable seeing him. He is very free with prescriptions, but to me, I appreciate it, we don't abuse this fact and only get something when we need it.

Doesn't seem to really listen. Almost like he has diagnosed you from your chart.Had me come in for a follow up that lasted a whole 3 minutes. Took over a week to get the apppointment, sat in lobby for 10 minutes, and get charged 40 bucks?He's fine if you know what the problem is and just need a script. For a serious problem I would go elsewhere.
