Dr. David Lowry, DO

He has taken care of me and my family for many years....excellent care!!!! We have to remember that when you/we are in pain and the provider has done all he can do, we can't blame him. I appreciate that he does not perform unnecessary treatment and is always upfront/honest about our care. Thanks Dr. Lowry for being so kind and caring!!

I was to go for injections but was not told to enter the back door and when I called the on-call number, I was told by the answering service that we don't answer for this doctor and cannot get a message to the staff, and I said then why are answering for him, I replied that you are useless and should not be answering for them then. I was 30 minutes late for the appointment and tried to inform the receptionist that I had been sitting in the front parking lot for 45 minutes and trying to reach them through their answering service. I rudely told to have a seat and then a nurse came out and said we cannot fit you in today because of the tight schedule the doctor will call you, but he never did. When I called to check on my upcoming prescheduled appointment I was told that< " you have been dismissed and we are not going to see you because you have missed two appointments of which one was scheduled for the following week. My nurse had been out of the office but returned my call about two… weeks later and it was explained to me that I had been reported for being rude to the staff. I had traveled 30 miles, fasted and gotten up at 3am only to get there with no instructions to go to the back of the building. I did call their listed phone number and was told by that answering service that we cannot help you reach that office because we don't answer for Dr. Lowry. I was rudely dismissed, accused of missing my appointments and hung up on by the receptionist. Wow, what professionalism. I was given the number for the office manager who never returned my call, nor has the doctor.

New injury happened June 29th. I was seen by the walk in clinic on July 3. at that time NP. Cloutier ordered Xray's which were taken, He returned shortly after with results of my xrays, an order for an MRI and three presciptions 2 were anti inflammatory and other was for mild to moderate pain relief. (which I didn't take) and takes me out of work till after treatment for the injury.(2 weeks after MRI 7/6/17, I have the MRI , and on 7/13 go in for my follow up with Dr Lowry, He comes in, checks range of motion,strength in legs, feet, and lower back, DX, Pinched Siactic Nerve. RELEASES ME TO RETURN TO WORK. UNTREATED, MY INJECTION WOULD NOT BE DONE TILL 8/21 AND MEANTIME PHYSICAL THERAPY 3/4 TIMES A WEEK. NOTHING ADDITIONAL ADDED. HOW CAN YOU GO FROM HAVING A PINCHED SIACTIC NERVE AND HAVING PAIN FROM YOUR BACK TO YOUR TOE AND BE RELEASED. CAN YOU SAY FIRED DOCTOR.

Was quick to order a MRI, I'm self pay then told me nothing is wrong, without waiting for the MRI report from radiologist

Don't care about patients, well I went in and I waited an hour to see him and when finally getting into a room, he rush my exam. I don't think I got the proper care, I felt like a number and not a person.
