NEVER SCHEDULING A PROCEDURE IN THE FUTURE AS THEY WILL CLAIM THEY FOLLOW UP A WEEK PRIOR AND IF YOU DON'T ANSWER THEY ASSUME YOU CONFIRM WITHOUT EVEN TALKING TO YOU, THEN BILL YOU A "NO SHOW FEE" OF $250 REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY OR HAD AN ACCIDENT OR WHAT EVER REASON, THEIR ACCOUNTING TEAM DON'T CARE. If you have a procedure scheduled a while back with Dr. McMillen, his appointment team will call you a week prior to confirm, but if you don't answer they will leave a voice message assuming you will hear it and just confirm the appointment without your authorization and won't follow up with you if you didn't answer, since I was out of the country and never heard the voice message, they only followed up with a call the day of the procedure asking if was going to be there and now they are billing me $250 no show fee and called their account team which overall said they don't care, it's my issue for not listening to the voice messages as that is how they confirm and not… their responsibility to follow up and they won't waive the NO SHOW $250 fee. Hope my comment helps you avoid headaches with a very unprofessional team.

Not a bad guy, listened and seemed to care. But I came to him losing 2lbs a week unexpected weight loss and was hoping for an aggressive round of testing. Instead, he took forever scheduling procedures, which found nothing. Results took forever to come back. Meanwhile I continued to decline. After 2nd procedure, the nurse told me "he doesn't know what else to do for you." We scheduled one more procedure "just in case", which also found nothing. At this point I still have lots of questions, no solutions, many possible tests we could be running, and meanwhile I am on death's door because of continued weight loss. No follow up calls from the office. No checkins. No recommendations to other doctors who can help. I feel like I've wasted lots of time (2 months) and money (5K) with nothing to show and a doctor who can't be bothered if I live or die. Pass.

Writing a letter to a patient stating that he would no longer be her physician, because she wanted to get a 2nd opinion! What arrogance!
