Literally all I did was call the office and ask a simple question about the EMG test I paid for and took at their facility. The receptionist said she couldn't answer it and asked if I wanted to speak to a doctor, so I said sure. When she put him on the phone, he was immediately rude with me. This animal of a human then FALSELY accused me of harassing the EMG lab. This never even happened. It's a fabrication of his mind. All I did was ask a simple question. I'm literally having trouble getting treated because of this nonsense. It must have been added to my notes, because every doctor at their facility brings it up now. You should be ashamed of yourself Dr. Polston. I never harassed anybody. You know this never happened. I have a rare neuromuscular disease, and you're making my life even more difficult then it already is.
