I saw Dr. Benson in Feb. 2020, he was friendly and knowledgeable. His technician (old Asian lady) was rude, short with me, got irritated easily. She rushed me through, I’m pretty sure my glasses prescription will be wrong. I complained to the young lady at the desk, she said that was Dr. Benson’s wife. I won’t be back or recommend this place.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Benson!! He always spends time to find out what the problem is and he is very thorough, his staff is exceptional and I never have a problem getting an appointment! I've seen LOTS of crappy eye doctors, but he definitely ISN'T one of them! GREAT DOCTOR!!! :D

This office is unethical and pressures patients into coming in for unneccessary visits. Dr. Benson and his staff are completely unfriendly and unprofessional.

The doctor is very nice, but don't confuse with being a doctor. His big Advertisement about " Dry eyes" "not problem", false. He didn't even care when I told my eyes were very dry, he said, is nothing to do for this, the majority of people face this problem, here is some eye drops, ok?? over the counter drops! For that check up and diagnosis "dry eyes" a month and half later I received a huge bill, I think the only thing they forgot to charge was the air and seat i was seating on.The old lady at the front receptionist is so rude, I think she is tired of working, the other staff is ok, overall I will give them a 4
