Dr. David Ryan Moore, MD

I was actually sent to Dr. Moore by another Orthopedic surgeon because my tears in my shoulder were bad and he is that good. He did an excellent job on my shoulder and even the physical therapist said I was doing wonderful. My pain level for the first day and half were bad just because of the surgery but the rest of my time it has never been more than a 2 or 3 out 10 on the worst days. I am a little over 5 months post op now and still recovering but I am doing wonderful.

I used Dr Moore for surgery on knee which relieved so much of the pain, I feel I have full function again. Then he also did rotator cuff repair that gave a great deal of relief of pain.

He did an incredible job and was great with the follow up during therapy.

Dr. Moore and his staff, like Dr. Dovan, Dr. Willers and their staff are very professional and run their office like an office should be run. I have had several appointment with the 3 doctors and several of their staff members and have been quite pleased and referred them to several friends.

Dr. Moore and his assistant Jocelyn are absolutely wonderful and have been very accurate in his diagnosis. I'm still treating currently and well pleased with my service and treatment. They're admin staff however is another issue. You can get an appointment quickly for a doctor's visit, but surgical appointments take quite a while for a return phone call. Billing however is absolutely awful. Shannon was not understanding or helpful at all! If it wasn't for my dedication to Dr. Moore, I would have found another facility a long time ago after dealing with Shannon and the Billing Department overall. They are unorganized and overburdened. They are clearly concerned about your money to their hands as opposed to caring about your personal health. Office policy is a bit odd and driven by money too. They charge you $10 to complete an employer's paperwork for sick leave. I've never had this charge anywhere else!

My wife went to Elite Sports Medicine for a shoulder problem. The first guy she saw gave her a cortizone shot and put her on NSAIDs which did not help in the least. She was told to follow up with Dr. Moore, the shoulder expert. He spent maybe 10 minutes with her and recommended an MRI. After months of anticipation, a brief phone call from the nurse informed us the MRI was 'negative'. Period. No follow up with the doctor was requested. No interest in further investigating what WAS causing the problem. Instead the doctor recommended another Cortizone shot and physical therapy. Apparently he didn't notice in the chart that the Cortizone shot didn't help her the first time. My wife was in agony and asked if she could get a refill on her pain medicine to get her through the weekend. She literally couldn't sleep. The answer was "Sorry, no pain medicine unless you've had surgery." Unbelievable. VERY expensive, yet SO not helpful in any manner whatsoever.

I saw another doctor after this joker told me I needed surgery. He gave me therapy and I am cured. He said surgery was a last resort for my condition.I am so glad I got another opionion. This guy must have huge house payments or something.
